Purgatory FAQ
How much new snow does Purgatory have?
0" in the last 24 hours and 0" over the last 72 hours, with 0" more in the 7-day forecast (updated 9:29 PM MDT).
Is Purgatory open?
Pow Pow's read: off season. That's inferred from the time of year and snowpack, not from the lifts — check Purgatory's own site for lift and terrain status.
What is the Pow Rating?
A 1–5 score from fresh snowfall and temperature, with a bonus for multi-day storms. 5 means call in sick; 1 means maybe go to work.
